1 · Purpose & Scope

Protects all participants — Clients, Providers, and Admins — through proactive safety controls, secure communications, and real-time system monitoring.

2 · Core Safety Principles

  1. Zero Tolerance for harassment, threats, or discrimination.

  2. Immediate Action Protocol — credible threats trigger 24-hour suspension pending review.

  3. AI Risk Monitoring detects violent, fraudulent, or GPS-abuse patterns.

  4. Human Oversight by the Trust & Safety Team in every case.

3 · Real-Time Tracking & Emergency Systems

  • Live GPS Mode: auto-activates once a provider starts navigation and ends at check-out.

  • Geo-Alerts: late arrival, deviation, or signal loss trigger instant notifications.

  • SOS Button: connects to 911 (U.S.) or local emergency services; location auto-shared.

  • Admin Response Console: shows live incidents for rapid coordination.

  • Retention: incident data kept 7 years for audit and lawful review.

4 · In-System Communication Controls

  • Secure Chat Only: personal contact info (phone, email, links) auto-masked.

  • Keyword Moderation: AI filters sensitive or abusive phrases in real time.

  • Media Policy: only job-related images/files allowed; auto-scanned for violations.

  • Evidence Preservation: all messages and media stored in encrypted audit vault.
